Application Information
To apply for a Workshop, participants may call the Sundance Reservation Desk at 800-892-1600 to register for the Workshop of choice. You will be able to select from several lodging accommodations at Sundance. At orientation your first evening, you will be given your itinerary for the week, outlining each day's activities and events.
Registering at Sundance for Your Workshop
Those attending a Sundance Photographic Workshop are welcome to check into the Sundance Resort at 3:00 pm Mountain Time the first day. You will be able to enjoy Sundance prior to check in, but your cottage will not be available until 3:00. Information and itinerary will be available at orientation. As you turn into the Sundance parking lot at the base of the mountain, follow the signs and park temporarily as you go in to receive keys. A receptionist will greet you at the front desk upon your arrival.

At the close of the Workshop week, we will gather the morning for a recap, final review and have a Q&A period. Thereafter, we ask that you check out by 11:00 am Mountain Time. Again, you will be able to continue to enjoy Sundance for the remainder of the day.
Participants will be responsible for providing their own, round-trip, transportation to the Sundance Resort from the airport. However, a shuttle bus is available while at the Sundance Resort.
Sundance Photographic Workshop Cancellation Policy
In order to make the necessary arrangements for each Workshop, we must rely on each participant's commitment to their curriculum. We have chosen to keep the classes small, and in so doing, registration will be on a first come first serve basis. Please notify us at least 30 days prior to Workshop starting date in the event you are unable to attend a Workshop in order to allow another on a waiting list to apply. In order to reserve your space at the Workshop, a deposit of two nights stay is required. Forty-five (45) days prior to your Workshop, your account will be charged for the balance, including all Workshop fees. If participants want to cancel, there will be a $100 charge, from the date of booking, up to 45 days prior to the Workshop. After 45 days, the balance of the Workshop is non-refundable. Sundance accepts Master Card, Visa and American Express. Please refer to the individual Workshop descriptions for any applicable fees.
